Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mindfulness dan afirmasi diri terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis melalui pendekatan meta-analisis terhadap 40 studi yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, terutama dalam mengurangi stres, kecemasan, dan depresi, serta meningkatkan regulasi emosi dan kepuasan hidup. Afirmasi diri juga terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis, terutama dalam aspek harga diri dan strategi coping. Analisis moderator menunjukkan bahwa durasi intervensi, populasi penelitian, dan metode intervensi memengaruhi efektivitas intervensi. Studi ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi praktisi kesehatan mental, akademisi, dan masyarakat umum mengenai pentingnya mindfulness dan afirmasi diri dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis.
